Terrible customer service
Andre FThe associate at this location was very professional, welcoming, and efficient. Easy to work with. The wifi connection was weak and difficult to upload pictures or information. The van was very nice and rode well. I would definitely rent at this location again.
GARY AThe guy at the desk could have been more friendly, although I was the only person in the office, he seemed irritated. When we waked outside he didn’t give clear instructions as to the steps for examining the the truck
LASHUNDA CI was charged $127.20 missing/damage fee after returning my U-Haul. There was no damage to the U-Haul, and the only things missing were the dolly and furniture pads that I had reserved and never received when I first picked up my U-Haul, which I had already reported to customer service. I immediately reached out to the email address provided on my receipt to inquire about the charged and have been ignored. So not only did I never receive the dolly and furniture pads I reserved at the first location, but now I'm getting charged for them being missing at the return location.
