Was told I had to drop trailer myself and had to park by hand. Originally reserved a drop off at another location in miller trunk, guy there was rude and in helpful. I should charge you extra for dropping and parking trailer, total garbage
DAMIAN DThey scammed me out of extra $58.00 and couldn’t tell me why? I would never recommend them to anyone or ever go there again! I am calling the main Uhaul today and complaining big time! This is so unacceptable and Uhaul recommended that I go there! What a joke! RIPPED ME OFF!

Robert TI was relocated from a main uhaul place that did not have the trailer i needed. When i bought the hitch i needed there, they failed to mention i needed electrical...hence i had yet another surprise stop at northern tool Thank goodness all places were close. Sincerely, first time trailer puller!!!
