The owner was lovely and very kind, but unfortunately the overall experience was quite stressful. The system wasn’t working properly, and the process was very disorganized, which caused a significant delay. I ended up losing about 45 minutes of my moving day waiting to get everything sorted out. I completely understand that technical issues happen and that some things are outside of the staff’s control, but when you’re moving and working with a tight U-Haul reservation window, losing 45 minutes is a big deal. I just wish there had been a more organized backup process or clearer communication while the issue was being resolved. I do want to emphasize that the owner was pleasant and did her best to help. My frustration is more with the system and how the situation was handled overall, rather than with her personally. Hopefully these issues can be addressed because the experience was much more stressful and time-consuming than it needed to be.
