The computer system was so slow that there was a huge line up. We waited 1.5 hours to pick up a truck that was already booked and paid for online. The lineup of more than 10 people could not believe that there was only 1 employee as we all felt very sorry having to deal with the glitchy computer program. Time for an overhaul of the system U-Haul

I over fueled and last time I was given money back, this time I was told that U-Haul doesn’t reimburse anymore.

BLAIR CClerk was nice but made a mistake with our charges. We initially rented a 20 foot and went to start the truck and realized it was too big. We went back into the office and the clerk changed our booking to a 15 foot. When we got to our destination, the next day I looked at the charge on our credit card and the amount was still for the 20 foot, I called the 1-800 number and a very nice lady was able to see the mistake and we were refunded that day.
