Location was closed by the time I was done unloading the uhaul. If the check engine light wasnt on and having to switch uhauls I probably would have made it on time and avaoided the $20 off hours drop off charge

The location was fine but was not the one we booked. One day before pickup our location was changed by U-Haul to a city 45 minutes away. It’s not like I live in a tiny town. Irritating.
