Make sure renters are aware to use app to submit return( I wasn't) to avoid being charged an after hours fee if facility is closed when returning
NERISSA MThe customer service was not inviting or the explanation of where do you get the receipt after asking about it. I was told It's in your email. Per asking about every step. I walked in the next morning post return. He just looks at you. You have to engage him with greeting and your information before he will talk as the proper way to ask " How can I help you"
