Both trailer wheels were rusty and needed to be better maintained. The door should be lubricated more often.

Maryann WThe drop off location was conveniently close, however the place was less than inviting. The person in the office was friendly and helpful.
JAMES HIt took over 3 hours of us waiting to take possession of the truck. The mobile pick up with my phone did not work. The people at the furniture store weren’t able to give us access to the truck because of the U haul glitch. Losing that 3 hours ruined our loading time and we had to leave 3 hours later which put us in heavy traffic when we shouldn’t have been. Need to be compensated for the delay that Uhaul caused us.
