I had difficulty getting the app to accept my postal code but after that hitch everything was fine.
Marina JU haul need wheel balance and alignment and have sound coming from engine when go above 90 km and u haul not send return off money when we r booked and not send money back when give clean u haul return this is very disappointing
arshad mThis was the first time that I rented a U-Haul Truck. I did not realize that I could not drop off the truck and trailer at the most convenient location. When I asked the attendant if I could drop off the vehicle there, he said sure no problem. I received a bill for $840 from U-Haul a couple of hours later for dropping it off at a different location. The attendant should have told me that I would need to take it to another location or I would be charged, I had no idea. I had driven the truck almost 5,000 km. across Canada I wouldn't mind taking it a little farther if I had to.
HARVEY PThe service to get the truck was pretty easy and straight forward, but the box of the truck had a substantial leak, and since we were moving on a rainy day, there was about 2" of water in the cargo box. We used one of the moving blankets to try to absorb some of the water, but when we arrived at our destination it was saturated and some furniture got soaked and has water damage. I can't blame the renters, as it was a manufacturing problem, but a severe leak like this should not happen in a nearly new vehicle.
