I was never able to utilize the "mandatory" online features on my phone, so I was unable to sign any contract or upload pictures of damages. The trailer was dirty inside and had large scrapes on the outside at pickup. Person at pickup did not connect trailer, did only a very cursory walk outside after I had to connect trailer and drive it to the front of the store. Contract did not reflect the days that I reserved.

Edsel TI've used this location several times. They're friendly, but they don't have staff to help with hitching / unhitching trailer.
