Unsafe vehicle and inadequate roadside assistance!! Had to travel from CO to LA in rain with no windshield wipers. First time it broke they replaced it with a used one that they took from another truck because no-one had a new one to put on which is unacceptable.That worked for a day and the next day the used one broke. This is all on the drivers side. The passenger side they fixed with electrical tape. A second roadside assistance guy came out with only a hammer and some tape!! He could not fix it. We had no choice but to drive in the rain with no wipers. We stopped for RainX and loaded it on the windshield which helped us see enough to drive slowly. We are requesting a refund or partial reimbursement.
