Got rescheduled at the last minute. The scheduling agent tried to get me to drive 2hrs to a different location to pick up a truck a day after I'd scheduled. The finally caved and got me a truck at a location closer to me. Once I got the truck, multiple check lights kept coming on. The truck was misaligned and needed wheel balancing desperately. That made my 7 hr drive so bumpy and uncomfortable. On top of all of that, the cruse control did not work which is a pain in the leg when you are on the road for that long. Very unsatisfactory experience.

MYLES MCustomer service is poor, the establishment is too dirty and disorganized, there are animals in the office, cats, I have no problem with that but I think it is inappropriate for customers who may be allergic to cats, the truck we picked up was dirty on the outside and not as dirty on the inside when we picked it up, I think that for U-Haul's reputation they should be more strict with their partners regarding the location, cleanliness and organization of the premises, I would not return to this establishment if I have no other options.
