It was busy when I arrived but received timely help for the drop-off
WILLIAM HI reported the vibration issue of the trailer I rented to the person who checked in the trailer. I hope they report it and get it fixed before renting it again.

WILLIAM PSalesman was somewhat accusatory. I listed the windshield wiper needed replaced and he came out asking me I wrecked the truck. Then went to prove to me that it didn’t need replacing.
