The brake/turn lights weren't working, but we took the trailer anyway. A friend was following in a second car and did the signaling.

SHERI LU-Haul truck at the back where you step up on the bumper was not cleared off full of snow and ice underneath. I fell off the truck and hurt my tailbone very badly. I have been getting U-Haul’s for a long time never had anything like this very unacceptable. Also, the RPMs would rather very high and the gears would not switch, which caused issues driving on a highway Also wiper blade was broken on the one side could not clear windows properly very unsafe especially when taking a vehicle out of town. Gas said it was at 5/8 when I got it. I took a picture and it was more at half a tank.
