WILLIAM DMy issue is with U-Haul. They rented me a truck in Anderson. The day before it wasnt available so they sent me to Easley, SC. So when I get there, the vehicle promised is not available, so I have to get on the phone for 30 minutes and be directed to a 20' foot truck! (I had rented a 10' minivan). My rental was from 8:30-12:30. But I didn't get the truck until after 9:00 am. And now I'm 30 minutes!!!! away from my moving location. Which means I have to factor in an hour of driving time...! UGH!!! And then I had to pay for 25$ gas because of the length of drive to my moving location (why should I have to pay that!!!) And then I had to pay $.99 for each mile, and why should I have to pay that?!!! I paid over $100 to move my son 10 miles down the road. Unless there is some sort of refund we won't be using U-Haul again.
