I've rented from this location several times and never had an issue. However, that was not the case this time. While transporting the my car to the mechanic the passenger side rear tire blew out leaving me stranded on the side of a rural highway. I called the location that I rented it from and received a phone number for roadside assistance. I called the 800 number and communication with that customer service rep was terrible. I could hardly hear them and their communication skills were terrible. They took my info and asked for pictures and told me assistance would be there in 30 minutes. It was an hour before they showed up. Upon return to the Uhaul facility I discovered that one of the other tires had a cut in the rubber side wall, another had a bulge in the radial tire and the replacement tire that had just been put on had a bulge in the sidewall. I'm very lucky that I didn't have another blowout. Uhaul but my safety at risk renting this trailer to me. One final comment, When the tire blew and it was not clear when we roadside assistance would show up I asked if I could leave the trailer on the side of the road. The area manger told me that I was required to stay with the trailer. So basically, Uhaul gives me an unsafe trailer, puts my safety at risk and then requires that I stay with it until someone shows up. I was 10 miles from the location that I rented it from! Insult to injury is that there was not offer to reduce or eliminate the cost of the rental.

The 10’ truck appeared to have a governor set at 75 mph. While this was OK some of the time, it made it very difficult to pass semi trucks, especially on 75mph roads.
GREGORY ZHad a very easy time arranging the rental in person. The location is clean and parking is easy. The vehicle was in excellent shape and was very clean. I would definitely rent here again.
