Everything was good. Truck was ready when I came to pick up. The truck was very clean and probably the best van I have ever driven.

Safe move was a waste. I was three miles from the rental facility. Called Uhaul hotline to help me out of my own yard. Got stuck. They wanted to charge me $450. Other than that. Im comfortable saying "I would rent from them again".
WILBERT BRosemary is a sweetheart, we feel like we made a new friend we hope to see again. (As a side note to uhaul, the wooden rails inside the truck do not work well as tie downs, there need to be better places to hook ratcheting straps.)

Karen CEverything was fine other than the trailer leaked. It may not have been in the weather recently so no one may have been aware that the roof leaked. I am not blaming Bush Oil, but I rented an enclosed trailer to protect the items I was hauling. There was a heavy rainfall on Friday night and some of my items were wet inside.
