ANNITRA WThe location was very easy to find the person there was very pleasant and helpful. I had chosen to do online check in and was unable to do so at first causing some anxiety and calling the customer service I wasn't able to reach a representative. The employee at the pick up point did fix the issue. The equipment was clean well maintained and quite nice. I did not understand the breakdown of my charges. It says it's accessible on the site. I was supposed to get contacted by a representative and they never called. I struggle to understand how I paid twice as much to rent a vehicle for half the time as the last rental so I wanted to make sure it wasn't a mistake of some kind. The process of returning the vehicle was quite simple with the current system. So lots of pros only con was the inability to access assistance and the bill discrepancy concern.
