I ordered a dolly and moving blankets online only to arrive and have the man tell me they didn't have them. Online check in did not work, so I had to go inside to check in. The gentleman at the counter made me wait as he checked out almost all his other customers before finishing checking me in.

Auto transporter had a damaged 4-pin connector that I had to repair myself (no help from the proprietor). The tie-down strap was frayed, but after loading the car found it was torn and too short to use. Luckily I had my own ratchet strap to tie down the car. The trailer made squeaking noises during the entire tow. It appears no inspection was done prior to my rental.
CLIFTON DI requested moving pads and a dolly and they weren’t available for my move. The engine hood popped open several times while driving, and the alignment was horrible. I had to hug the steering wheel to drive the 326 mi. This was a very dangerous driving experience.
