Did not offer any help with connecting truck to trailer. It was at a convenience store with only one guy working. He wasn't even able to come outside. I had to find the truck and trailer myself and get a customer to help me back up to the trailer and connect. In all my UHaul rental experiences (quite a few), I've never experienced such a lack of service. Will not use this location again and certainly don't recommend.

RONALD MThe ratchet mechanism for the hold down straps were rusty and very difficult to operate. Fortunately I had some penetrating lubricant. That helped a little.
