It took a long time to get through the process to pick up the truck. They did not have the dolly I requested. The car was covered in snow and wasn’t able to be driven until we melted it down, because we could t clean the windshield.

Ahmed AThe u haul app didn't work. I tried the mobile app and the web site. The person at the store where I rented the truck knew a step to get the app to work. The app and website needs to be more user friendly. Someone at your company with no prior uhaul app experience should go on the app to see how well does it function.
