I called Norwalk and reserved truck only available was this location. I got there and they had no idea what to do.. I was there 45 mins past the time I was supposed to get it. I had to wait for clerk to call someone else multiple times. They had to ask the same questions multiple times because they couldn't understand me because of language barrier. The the truck bed was full of glass which we had to clean before putting my belongings in it.

It took a long time to get through the process to pick up the truck. They did not have the dolly I requested. The car was covered in snow and wasn’t able to be driven until we melted it down, because we could t clean the windshield.
