This was not my original scheduled drop off location and is an extra 1/2 hour from my intended end point = 1 additional hour for UHauls convenience not mine. Have to cross rail road tracks and guess as to where to park the trailer based upon others in the yard.

Went very smooth. I had to extend one day and it was seamless!
JOHN LThis was a change in location for us and had to walk through muddy grass to get to truck. I am not used to more rural pick ups so this was surprising to me.
Gerri WThis location was way out of my way and not the planned location. Which I wasn't told about until the day before my scheduled pick up! Upon that my experience was beyond my anger at this point with uhaul.
Laura CService was okay, however, they never completed a walk around to make sure all the lights were working (which they weren't) and were quick to have us leave. I was extremely grateful they helped my son, and I put the hitch on and hook up the trailer.
