This was a change in location for us and had to walk through muddy grass to get to truck. I am not used to more rural pick ups so this was surprising to me.

This location was way out of my way and not the planned location. Which I wasn't told about until the day before my scheduled pick up! Upon that my experience was beyond my anger at this point with uhaul.
Laura CService was okay, however, they never completed a walk around to make sure all the lights were working (which they weren't) and were quick to have us leave. I was extremely grateful they helped my son, and I put the hitch on and hook up the trailer.
Traci GDid a drop off after hours, so I never talked to the folks at Obies. But based on my emails and the process, they did everything in a timely fashion and had me checked in without any problems. Thanks Obies
TIMOTHY MYou guys tried to scam me and charged me for $151 when my receipt says that the total was $69. You best believe I’m returning to that location, demanding my money back, and giving you and that location the worst review ever.
