This location was way out of my way and not the planned location. Which I wasn't told about until the day before my scheduled pick up! Upon that my experience was beyond my anger at this point with uhaul.

Service was okay, however, they never completed a walk around to make sure all the lights were working (which they weren't) and were quick to have us leave. I was extremely grateful they helped my son, and I put the hitch on and hook up the trailer.
