The location was good and the person there was helpful. However when I called customer service to find out info and options for returning to an alternate location the woman I spoke to first was very rude and was not giving clear info. When she transferred me after she seemed to frustrated to answer my questions the other person was helpful.

Michael CJust make sure the wires for the tailgate are correctly maintain . I had to swap with another trailer to make sure tail lights were working. I thought it was my truck, but after trouble shooting with my own wire I knew it wasn't my truck . it was the wire on the trailer. But the service was easy and the young gentleman was polite and knowledgeable. will definitely come again. the Smoke and Beer store has a great assortment of beers and cigars and incense.
