Everything on the rental side was great.. the folks were very helpful. The UHaul truck itself, however, was the most uncomfortable riding vehicle ever. Even though our move was only 80 mile round trip, it was a brutal ride both ways.

GERARD PThe 6x12 trailer would have been easier to manage if it had a foot and an easier lock/unlock to the hitch. Just a suggestion.

JANE BTrailer had no brakes. The brake master cylinder was completely empty, no fluid in it. I had no brakes for 560 mile trip.
