Very easy to find
CHRISTOPHER SRetire the truck. It has over 150,000 miles on it. It’s worn out and unsafe to drive. Steering was particularly dangerous; I had to constantly turn the wheel back and forth through a 20 degree arc just to drive in a straight line. Brakes are completely worn out, you have to stomp on them to stop. Oil and coolant leaked out onto our driveway and everywhere we stopped. We reserved a 15 ft truck by phone. Your system showed us renting a 20 ft truck. Didn’t need one that big, but that was all the East Wenatchee site had, so we reluctantly took it. We reserved it for a round trip. Your system showed it as a one way. The windshield was plastered with bugs. The cab appeared to have not been cleaned in months. The steering wheel, dash, door handles, and seats were dirty and sticky. We will never use U Haul again, and will let family and friends know what an unsafe and unsanitary company you have become. ROBERT DWe picked up an older trailer and the back lift up door has problems. The lock caught in the top door frame and we had a difficult time getting it loose. We finally rigged up a rope to the handle and tied to the inside railing to keep from that happening again. This is our go to Uhaul and it's the first time we've had any issues.
DEBRA JThe truck could have used a reasonable cleaning both inside the cab and out. I had to stop and wash windshield so I could navigate more easily.
