Brooke was absolutely amazing with us! My truck driver came from VA to pickup the trailer and got stuck in traffic at the bridge and was going to arrive 10 minutes past their closing time. Brooke offered to stay and assist. She was patient and understanding. I can't thank her enough for being so kind to us. Thank you Brooke! It was also a brand new trailer, so we didn't have to worry about dents/scratches.

Always excellent service and equipment at this location.

The truck that was rented to me was showing its 103000 miles of ware and tare and I think it should be retired. I was a little frustrated getting saddled with an old truck when there was a much nicer newer truck parked directly in front of if.

After the confusion that was caused by the call center. While moving in the rain. The Trappe location is a self service location. And it was not explained to me. So with all of the driving and confusion I was put throw. I then had the opportunity to speak to the manager at the New Market location and she was God sent. She handled the whole situation very professionally and made the move happen with all of the miscommunication that I had experienced after a week of planning this move. The location in New market is very very clean, the staff was just the best. Office area was clean and well stocked with everything that you may need. They sent me a reminder with great account setup instruction to make my payments easier to handle. East New Market 5403 Mount Holly Rd EAST NEW MARKET, MD 21631

My brother calls to inform them that he would be dropping off hte truck after closing. He dropped off truck at 7:30 pm on sunday night per their instructions which was early when we could have had the truck until 10:30 the next day. i was charged for an extra day, when kim on the phone agreed that we had returned it on time. my initial contract has a $12 fee for the appliance dolly rental, but on the pick up contract, it is no longer listed. Instead, we are charged $150 for a tire. a tire they claim was stuck in the mud and dug out with a tire. the truck was never parked in the mud, it was parked on the paved street and driveway in both pick up locations and drop off locations-with neighbors and fellow state troopers can verify this. there is no before picture taken of the tire, conveniently only an after picture taken. we were charged for a cleaning fee...nothing was left inside of the truck other than the dolly. Then we were charged get this for an extra 789 miles, this is insane and impossible. The truck was parked at my moms house on the paved street or in the paved driveway from 12 noon on saturday until around 1-2 pm on sunday, only taking 2-3 trips to the local good will store (which is approximately 3 miles from my moms house). I will gladly send pictures of my mothers house and brothers house, which demonstrates the paved driveway and road.......with no marks in grass..... my brother sick with prostate cancer and receiving hormones was exhausted and sick on sunday, exhausted from the hormones and possibly with the flu. he actually slept sunday morning as we loaded the truck. he left my moms house first so he could get home and get some rest. I highly doubt that he chose to randomly drive an extra 789 miles. In addition, this is literally drive 1077 miles from 1 in the afternoon until 736 in the evening of the same day....unless he averaged approximately 160 miles per hour. He calls his state trooper buddies to help him unload the truck and they are done in 2 hours or so...he returns the truck at 736 with witnesses to attest to this. I am astounded at kims unwillingness to realize what bullshit this is. Instead of realizing that the 0 in the mileage should have been an 8. she truly wants to believe that a state trooper sick with cancer wants to drive an extra 789 miles at approximately 165 miles per hour instead of returning the truck with the correct mileage. she refused to believe that we parked the truck on a paved surface, even explaining to her that even if we parked the truck in grass in somerset, which we did not, the ground was frozen and icy. I am certain all neighbors in my moms neighborhood can verify the presence of the truck in her driveway for an entire day. so the pick up location was bait and which i called the regional office and complained about and tried to get another pick up location on the eastern side of somerset, only to be denied days before pick up.

Great folks to work with.

Great service and equipment. They made this very efficient and easy.

Uhaul associates were friendly, courteous and professional. My one MAJOR suggestion is that Uhaul should occasional spray a little lubricant (WD-40) on the ratchet mechanisms on your auto transports and tow dollys. They usually tend to be rusty and difficult to manipulate. THANKS.

Everyone was very friendly and professional as usual. This is my 3rd time renting a U-Haul in the past year. No complaints at all.

Two very courteous and efficient ladies on staff who were a pleasure to work with. Great job.
