I take issue with U-Haul policy not this location. I made a reservation where I chose a van, a dolly, and insurance. When I showed up, each price for each item had doubled. The price for the van is $20 which is on the side of the van, in store it was magically $40 and so on. The employee changed it. I dropped the dolly (7 to 14) and the insurance (30 to 60). Also the gas policy is ABSURD. Whatever you rent, you bring it back with what was in it. For some reason U-Haul expects you to bring it back with more. It had a 1/8 of a tank, I was expected to bring it back with a 1/4. Check that ridiculous policy before you rent. Just check everything and fight what you don’t agree to. Renter BEWARE.

Stan LThey actually had the size truck we rented on hand, which was great. We had had a problem with that at other locations.They had plenty of trucks of different sizes. They were pleasant and quick to get what we needed even though they were a convenience store and gas station. I would definitely use this location again and highly recommend them.
Denise DUpdate your receipt and refund your change back to your bank account faster because I've rented a truck yesterday on 8/25/26 im still waiting for my refund from the rental and the final receipt.
