CHARLES WDon't be so pricey with the mileages but everything else was fine
BARBARA MI had made a reservation for a larger truck with a different pick up location, only to be called the evening before to be told the truck i had reserved was not available and I was rerouted to a different location with a smaller truck. I requested a 17 foot truck but the agent reserved a 15 foot truck without telling me. So overral the reservation process was horrendous.
