PAUL NThey overcharged me for extra miles while it was very clear the miles that were travelled. Had I not looked over my receipt I would not have known. When I called the office, instead of apology it was an excuse as to why there was an oversight, which made me think it had been done intentionally not expecting that I would catch the “error”.
