First, parking at this location is parallel! For a 26-footer, are kidding me? When I went to check out the truck, the app initially wouldn't work! After I restarted the app and played around with it a bit, it finally worked. While that process was relatively simple, there were points that were confusing with no way to ask anyone questions (b/c it's all in the app - not!). Of particular concern was taking pictures of the side of the truck (again, a parallel-parked 26-footer). It was only later in the process that I learned i could input multiple pics at each datapoint. This process took me over 45 minutes to complete -- UNACCEPTABLE! Truck return also had its share of issues. Again parallel parking -- NUTS! Took a pic of the passenger side with the fence along the road. Too bad if you can't see it clearly, b/c the process takes too long! The nail in the coffin --> The sign directing me to the Dropbox was pointing to the street and away from the facility. The Dropbox is on the other side of the gate in the OPPOSITE direction!!! Y'all need serious help!!!
