Perhaps add more detail to the verification process. I fell behind schedule even tho I showed up early.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOverall this was a good rental experience.
Curt BWhenever I’m in need of a U-Haul, this is where I come great customer service as always.
Cecil SConfusing Customer experience. I assumed I would be interacting with humans when picking up my rental truck. Instead I have to do mountains of documentation get my truck out of the lot. Then when I returned even more documentation. This process is severely slow and tedious and provides no real benefit to the customer.
Charles MMy family and I have dealt with Mike for many years and he has always provided excellent service to make sure that we have whatever we needed to get the job done. Thanks
