Confusing Customer experience. I assumed I would be interacting with humans when picking up my rental truck. Instead I have to do mountains of documentation get my truck out of the lot. Then when I returned even more documentation. This process is severely slow and tedious and provides no real benefit to the customer.

Eugene SThey offer 24 hour drop off with great location .ear hotels just in case you need a rest before travel. A beautiful painting was left in the truck and they called me right away to let me know they stored it for me and I couldnt have been more thankful for the honesty and customer service.
