I reserved 2 furniture dolly's. They were not in the van when I arrived. It made doing the move so much harder and was very inconvenient. I have yet to be acknowledged, let alone reimbursed for the two dolly's.

Brian DThe connection port for hooking up trailer lights was obstructed with a piece of metal. Had to buy needle nose pliers and remove it. The horn did not work. 1,57 in change was found in the seats.
