We received a call 1 minute prior to our reservation time to inform us the truck we had reserved, in which the reservation was GUARANTEED, was no longer available. There were no other similar trucks at any locations near or between the departure and destination towns of our move. The nearest truck was 25 minutes away from town 1. When asked if the truck could be dropped off at the location of our original reservation (only 10 minutes away), the associate said no, it has to remain in that town, and gave no other options. We then had to drive 45 minutes from town 2 to return the vehicle. The lack of notice, availability in local locations, and unwillingness to work with us on the drop-off location made for an extremely frustrating and inconvenient experience.
