Not only has the online booking system once again allowed me to book a trailer that was not available at the location I selected to pickup and drop-off at but upon pick up of the trailer at the new location I was informed that my drop off location had also been changed without anyone telling me. Had I known that drop off had also been changed I would have asked to pick up from a different location even though its further away. By changing my droppff location I had to take time off work to accommodate the hours of the location as the app wasn't allowing me to make an account so I could verify my dropoff before the store was open. As well the trailers at this location have no Jacks making it difficult to hook up to.
