The ramp had a missing hook and I wasn’t able to move heavy items down it because it kept leaving over. Very unsafe. I’d like a discount

Dale HThe only gripe I had was where the trailers are parked, it is a slight slope. I needed to chock the trailer wheel before I lifted it up to hook up the hitch. Otherwise, the store clerk was great, very chatty, very informed as seemed to be genuinely concerned that I had a good experience. The only down side for the stars was the slope, other than that, was good
