So the people working at this location were awesome. Very polite and very nice. They did a great job setting me up with the equipment but they (nor I) noticed that the uhaul given to me had a clear tube under it. Turns out someone was trying to siphon gas out of the uhaul so we had to get a new one. It worked out in our favour since we wanted to size down anyways.

Simerjeet BIt would be great to know if the equipment ordered is not available at the specific location ahead of time so I could make alternarnative arrangements
Anton PLock box removed so couldn't drop off after hours. Equipment that was ordered was not available.
Anthony TIf there was supposed to be a dolly and blankets to use, there wasn't. Also, there were pieces in the Mom's Attic.
