Would recommend booking a store pick up rather than the uhaul app. The app is horrible to use. The staff at GS Helpers got me going.

The pick up location was miles from where I had tried to reserve at a very small location in downtown Edmonton. Not living there it was painful to navigate to this place which was why I originally tried reserving at a different location out on the highway. Had I been told sooner where this location was I would have cancelled the reservation.
