biniam fI was charged for dropping my truck at the wrong location and was told it wouldn’t be a problem since it was only a few blocks away from the original drop off location. I was charged $288 and this is not acceptable! I will not do business with U-haul again if this is the case!
Troy GThe location in Edmonton had no parking space. My tuck was fully in the road to connect the trailer. It was scary and dangetous the drop off location in Hope, BC was perfect!
