Explain that there is a key drop-off box if you extend your rental, if the store you picked up from is closed when you are ready to drop-off.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck disgustingly dirty inside and out! It hasn’t been cleaned in many months. Spilt sugary drinks, food crumbs, dust, dirt and the windows big build up of dirt and grime. It’s beyond me how you can rent a truck out to a customer in this shape. It’s clear that you don’t have any respect for your customers.
Cory GThe headlights on the truck are pointed too low making night driving visibility a challenge and the passenger headlight needs replacing.
quincey aThey were amazing, the guy took the car and did all inspections on his own.
Mehedi HGreat experience with this U-Haul location! The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Pickup and return were quick and easy, and the equipment was clean and well-maintained. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how smoothly everything went. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul location to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free rental experience.
