The back truck bed was a bit dirty but i just used the tarp covers over it. The worker was very friendly and kind.

Ian MLocation was fine. Booked a 20ft truck a month early just to be told the day before pickup I was getting a 15ft. Caused us to make 3 extra trips at 50kms each and wouldn’t waive the $0.60/km charge for extra kms. Check engine light came and went several times and the truck leaked water through the seatbelt retractor whenever it rained (which was every day for 5 days straight). I will use Budget next time. Staff was fantastic and the only reason it’s not 1 star.
Jeff FMy van had a rusted door which made getting it open and closed very difficult. One of the windshield wipers was broken and we were driving through severe thunderstorms in Alberta. We replaced that at our own cost.
