George MWe were told that for the inconvenience we would get 77 extra free kilometres plus a $50.00 credit to be used to pickup the truck in Wetaskiwin and when we returned the truck they charged us an extra $37.28 for the extra mileage. We put in a complaint and tha manager called me and said that we would not get a credit and refused to credit the extra mileage charged. Let’s not forget the fact that we were supposed to return the truck after 9:00 pm and to accommodate them we returned the truck at 4:00 pm because they called us and asked if we could return the truck earlier because they had people waiting so we did! WE WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL EVER AGAIN!! They lied to us about the credit plus they charged us extra for the mileage even after we accommodated them by bringing the truck early. Do not trust anything they tell you!!! LIES!!!
