victor aMy only complaint was the equipment did not appear to have been cleaned before hand. However, the truck itself performed phenomenally. The staff at GS Heplers was very nice and polite. They were quick and made a very tough move just a little bit easier.
Patrick OMy issue isn’t with this particular site. I had reserved a 15 foot truck on August 3 for August 29 and I wanted the truck for two days when I went to go pick it up. They could only offer me a 10 foot which caused my whole move to be messed right up. I was able to get a truck for one day and then had to scramble again the next day to get another vehicle. I’m honestly not sure I would recommend U-Haul in general to my friends or family and not I’m not sure if I’ll ever use them again.
