Store operator was friendly and informative. Knew what he was doing, had experience. I would recommend to others, the location was easy to reach and was easy to get the vehicle in and out.

David BThe staff at this convenience store are clearly selling drugs or something illegal to their customers. A steady stream of Habesha men came in, took something off the shelf, put it on the counter, and the guy with dreads then goes in a back room, brings something out in a wrapped paper bag and the shopper leaves the item on the counter that “they wanted” but only ever leave with the wrapped in paper bag product that is kept locked up out of sight, and oftentimes a pack of injera. Picking up a uhaul in a blatant drug den could easily get the customer killed when a rival drug lord comes in shooting up the competition. Even though we’ve rented from here 3 times in Dec 2025, we will never be renting here again as we value our safety and after spending 7 hours in this store over the past month I am in fact positive illegal activity is occurring regularly so I won’t be returning as a responsible citizen.
Shannon MThe convenient store is a strange place to pick up a rental vehicle. For a female who was alone it was a very intimidating experience, no signage inside the store to show what to do, no friendly staff welcoming you or asking how they could assist you. The cargo van I rented didn’t have window washer fluid, the windshield was cracked on the driver side and it was not winterized in a northern Canadian climate. I had asked for a furniture dolly and some packing blankets which this location was unable to provide.
