To improve your operation at this store 1 clean your equipment the trailer i got was covered in mud the jack stand was seized when we tried to disconnect also tell your staff to stop yakking about nothing and deal with the customers when you have a line up of customers you have an old lady who takes 1 customer and the others take 4 to her 1 i will try to find another company who rents trailers renting from you is 2 tome consuming.

Waited over 45 minutes to return the trailer. had bald tires and metal hanging off from the trailer. It rained a bit during the move and when we unloaded the inside of the trailer and some of my stuff was all wet.

The reason I won't recomend to a friend and you are lucky to have me for a customer still was last time I was there the price was more than they told me over the phone and when I asked the person on the phone if that was the final price they said yes it was when I went down to pick up the van they told me there was another charge and if you didn't pay it you don't get the van. If the person on the phone had told me there was a additional price I would have gladly paid it but I felt lile I was misleaded. Then when I phoned customer service they treated me like (hate to use this word) sh__

Initially I had ordered as I have for the past four years a truck 3/4 ton. As I usually I called the store to confirm my order to find out that a van had been reserved instead. This was with some insistence on my part to find and correc t this error. I recieved a call a little while later that day with corrections made. For that I and appreciative.

Calling your number and having someone from the states was the first problem. This location did not accept the same booking details eg: days and times of p/u and drop off. Also tried to rent a second dolly and was told their wasn't any available. When I picked up the truck that morning there must have been 30 dollies sitting unused.

Customer service in store was pretty good. I had a very difficult time with Uhaul overall. I had booked and was guaranteed a 6x12 trailer, the evening before my move I received a phone call saying they didn't have it available. Every-time I called customer service, the person on the other end was rude or I got hung up on. I don't think I will use uhaul again because of the poor customer service and how things are handled

I was disappointed with the treatment I received from the manager of this location Ladine Drader. I had a confirmation for a 12 hour rental for the unit only to be told that the unit was only available till 2:30!! Which in turn rushed my whole move to a condo where the elevators was only available from 1 - 3. I told the young clerk behind the counter that I had a confirmed and written email for the 12 hour rental. She told me that they did NOT do a 12 hour rental on the weekend. So I told her why was this NOT communicated to me when I received the confirmed booking. Maybe I got agitated because I was receiving the same answer from her, this is when Miss Drader stepped in and TOLD me not to give the young lady a hard time RUDELY!! I told her that I did not appreciate this at all!! She proceeded to tell me that she left a message on my phone about the unit only available till 2:30. She also said to me, "Don't you check your messages?" In a rude and unpleasant manner which again got my dander up and I was going to make it a point to tell me her that I did NOT appreciate her insinuation about how I respond to my messages. Obviously I must have not checked this otherwise I wouldn't have stood there with young clerk to argue about this point, wouldn't I? In all of this I still took the unit because I didn't have a choice and to get unit at the last minute would be suicidal for sure. I did use unit and returned it round 1:15 after. I was treated very respectfully and courteously by the staff!! But the treatment that I received from the manager that morning was a very bad experience. I would hesitate and probably not return to this location while she's there. However I will continue to use UHaul in other locations for my future business. I'm hoping that this message just doesn't find file 13 and be ignored. I took the the time to give you my honest feedback in this. I had booked a 26' truck for pick-up in Leduc which was switched to Sherwood Park the day before I arrived. When I arrived at the Sherwood Park location, I was informed they had NO truck there for me but there was one in downtown Edmonton. When I arrived at the 154th Street Edmonton location, not only was the power steering fluid low but there was no windshield wiper fluid and the truck box was filthy. None of these conditions were realized until I started driving as i was already 2 hours late because of the missing truck problem. This was a COMPLETE disaster and I am VERY disappointed!!

Have more people working. I waited in line to 10-15 minutes just to return a trailer. It was frustrating to see only one person working the front desk while another one was in the office doing who knows what. When I asked the person in the office that I've been waiting and that I would just like to drop off my trailer, it the following response... "You can wait like everyone else... Thank you". Unimpressed....

The system issues this location was having resulted in delays in receiving the equipment reserved. It took 4 tries before they were able to process the reservation. The equipment was originally reserved for 2 days prior but was not available at the requested location. There was some available 5 hours away in another city if we wanted to go pick it up. Would recommend booking 2-3 months in advance if you expect to get the equipment you need when you need it.

Windshield was dirty, and both wiper blades were falling apart. Empty drink cup was found in the cab. Also, none of the 12V power points in the truck I used were functional.

Clean and maintain your vehicles! The truck was only needed for a few hours. The seatbelt sensor continually went off when I had my seatbelt on. The windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them and I don't think that truck has been cleaned in the last year. The transmission barely shifted, brakes squeal like a mouse caught in a trap and the light cover in the cargo area was coming off. How this passed a Gov't inspection is beyond me. The fact that you as a business would tolerate this is even more appalling.
