How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe lights go out when your working in your storage unit. You need to walk out in the dark to flag a sensor on down the hall and repeat this. A light should be in your unit. This is a safety issue. Also big gap on top of units allowing people to climb ibside. Then the system automatically clocks you out after 2 hoyrs. If I stay for 6 hours and go mizsing yoyr system ligs me our after 2. That is totally unacceotable and not accurate. If therecwas a fire your system would not show me as being there because it clicks me out after 2 hours. I also did not like the use of chemicals killing miice. I found at least 3 desd mice in my unit moving out.the floors havr no been washed in over 2 weeks. The manager Daniel auctioned off my one unit when I told them I woukd be in to make a payment. It was to violate me and I feel lije somethings are missing. I was a good customer and i got no discounts or deals for renting 2 units. When I went to kove out dollys were not peesent and the manager tild me to go licate them myself.and that they are expensive. You dont have a garbage can at the front door anymore. Theres garbage all over the oarking lots with brokem glass and screws or nails. When yoy call thevfacilutybthey just put you on hold. I am not happy with my uhaul exoerience.
Amanda m | Overall Experiencehad the unit 3 years it flooded and they didnt even compensate a penny didnt even bother cause they want recipts for everything to compensate so didnt even bother and theres lots of crackheads in that area that you have to shoe away from the doors . after paying around 9k in storage fees you think it would be a little better servkce tbats all .

Tracey J | Overall ExperienceAt 8 am ish , Tue, Sep 8, 2026, we went the storage to get our stuff, a homeless person's bicycle and a dolly tied to the bike parked inside the entrance by the elevator. I am sure you can check your security camera. We couldn't see him except on the 2nd floor( that was where our room was), I heard someone doing something.
Agnes M | Overall ExperienceWe’ve had a storage unit here for over a year. And had major security issues last summer. To the point where we paid the monthly fee, and didn’t like to go in. People looked to be living in some of them, one person was literally smoking crack inside, and there were always people yelling. This year, we weighed our options around the city once learning we needed not only a bigger unit, but one for business needs… so we went in prepared for the worst and met Daniel. Daniel not only understood what we were looking for, and made the process as easy as possible, but the storage facility has never been cleaner, felt safer or easier to get in contact with someone should issues arise. Because of Daniel —I’ve recommended this facility to many more people in my network, and don’t see us moving out anytime soon. Please keep him! He’s turned the whole place around.
