How U-Haul Reviews WorkAt 8 am ish , Tue, Sep 8, 2026, we went the storage to get our stuff, a homeless person's bicycle and a dolly tied to the bike parked inside the entrance by the elevator. I am sure you can check your security camera. We couldn't see him except on the 2nd floor( that was where our room was), I heard someone doing something.
Agnes M | Overall ExperienceWe’ve had a storage unit here for over a year. And had major security issues last summer. To the point where we paid the monthly fee, and didn’t like to go in. People looked to be living in some of them, one person was literally smoking crack inside, and there were always people yelling. This year, we weighed our options around the city once learning we needed not only a bigger unit, but one for business needs… so we went in prepared for the worst and met Daniel. Daniel not only understood what we were looking for, and made the process as easy as possible, but the storage facility has never been cleaner, felt safer or easier to get in contact with someone should issues arise. Because of Daniel —I’ve recommended this facility to many more people in my network, and don’t see us moving out anytime soon. Please keep him! He’s turned the whole place around.
