I agreed on the website reservation for $30 I went to pick it up and they said they want $150 deposit that will deduct only $40 when I come back I came back and they took $56 from the 150 deposit and I filled it with gas for another five dollars I took the fucking U-Haul for one hour and I paid $60

I was transfered to the location on kingsway and 113st, the Happy Mart and was treated very rudley as when i was on my way to pick up the trailer i was informed that the cost went up by $100 more than i was sent the contract for. When i questioned that i was told to go back to the 155 st location. I would never suggest anyone go to that location. Nor would I encourage you to keep that location as part of your franchise.

i had a 26 ft truck and an autocarrier i coulndnt make the turn into lot where i was supposed to park to have truck and trailer insspected for drop off lot is to small otherwise was ok

My day started really bad because the other uHaul location didn't keep their promise. I was re routed to this location. Self check out was not working so the staff kindly checked me in without asking for a fee. Return was so smooth. The staff here are really nice!

The drop off location I was given on the website, and which was confirmed by a phone call with U-Haul before my move, was actually not in operation. After my household move from out-of-town, there was a snowstorm happening when I had to drop off the truck. Getting to the no-longer-open location, having to call two different U-Haul phone numbers (including being on hold for about ten minutes), then getting to another drop off location was a “rigamarole” I did not appreciate, especially during very inclement weather (though I don't mean to say U-Haul was responsible for the bad weather; it was a case of bad timing). Since resolving the drop off confusion took time I was apparently considered late dropping the truck off and I was charged an extra day's rental. I am currently attempting to get that additional charge dropped but the matter is not yet resolved.

Maybe use better tires? Or put a spare on the trailer. I blew to tires one I didn't have service and was lucky I was close to a small town when the one blew. Other then that great service! Roadside was there not long after I called u haul. Friendly folks.

Time to retire that truck. 172,000 miles; sloppy steering; weak brakes; mushy suspension; signal lights won't self cancel; just plain worn out. The gas gauge indicated the truck was full when I picked it up - the truck was NOT in fact full. I put 34.4 miles on the truck. It took 25.46 litres to fill the tank and when I returned it the gas gauge displayed exactly the same reading as it did when I picked it up. You rep would not give me ANY credit for the excess gas I put in the truck. If that truck does,in fact, get me money 5 miles per gallon, you really should just light it on fire. Won't be renting anything from you again. Really poor performance!

The lady that helped us pickup was really good. Having to check out the vehicle on our cell phone was pretty bad service. Dropping it off was even worse. No help, no paperwork and didn't even know what the final bill was until it was emailed to us.

Online booking was not good because I got a confirmation that was at a completely different time and location than I chose. I phoned and had that fixed. At pickup, our choice was not available but staff remedies that with another choice. Pick up and drop off staff were all excellent, friendly, efficient and helpful. I would use uHaul again anytime I need such a vehicle.

Have all glass and mirrors repaired so one can see what is going on around them or see what they are doing. And have it serviced. 4 times this year I have rented one of you pickups and all 4 times the service light was on.

Better attention to returning equipment area early in the day. I ended up going in to find someone. Nit sure how it works, or why I specifically got missed, but just something to look out for. Only small hiccup on my otherwise very pleasant experience.

Hunter Jackson was the staff behind the counter the morning I picked up the trailer. He was quite arrogant about my not having a cell that could up load my drivers license & was very put out about having to put on a glove to take it to do so himself. Did not care about his attitude or his treatment of me. I had stopped into this location to chat with staff about my rental & the process, etc. They were all most helpful & assured that all would be done with no issues. They would do all they could to help. Should I need another rental, I would make sure that Hunter was not at the counter at the time of pick up.

The gas gauge was at 3/4 tank. I only drove 13 miles, so not much gas was used. I put in $10 and fuel level was more than what I started out with and they wouldn't credit me for the overage. I shouldn't have put in any gas and they wouldn't have noticed. Hard lesson learned.

Very long wait to be helped initially, only 1 person and 5 people in line. Upon being helped was told to go to tent to pickup trailer. Got to tent and waited 15 minutes, no one came to help. Had to go back in and ask for help again, then the guy called someone and prompted him to come help. Still took 5 minutes for guy to show up. Dropping off experience was lacklustre, same issue where there was no one there to help check in trailer. Took 15 minutes for a guy to come and help. Made me wait for someone else who arrived after me, to pick up a new trailer rental. Contract was not submitted when I left, no proof it was checked in when it was supposed to have been so I just had to rely on the person doing it to properly do their jobs. Do not recommend this location.
