Registered for self pickup. The van I had been assigned was extremely dirty (soil and dirt) inside, and the furniture covers inside were also not removed. Obviously this was not ready for me with clean furniture covers and a moving dolly that I had requested. They offered to clean the truck out, but ended up giving me a different vehicle as I couldn't wait. Going inside to swap the vehicle was relatively efficient, but they did not have the furniture dolly I had requested and suggested I drive to another location to pick one up. When I suggested they contact the location to ensure they had one for me (since they were already charging me for it), they were on hold for about 15 minutes. Then a manager let the young man that was helping know that no one had any furniture dollies at that location either. I ended up leaving 30 minutes behind schedule. Checking the van back in was very straightforward. The staff were all good the whole time to deal with. The van performed admirably. The van measurements do not take into account the wheel wells on the inside of the truck. It's about 53 inches across, not 61 as advertised. Fortunately for me it was exactly adequate for what I was moving. If I would have been time pressed to return the truck after leaving 30 minutes late due to the dirty truck and lack of a dolly, I would have been upset, but fortunately my pickup went smoothly as did the return on the truck. The average rating reflects the truck being dirty, my supplies not being ready, and having to deal with having my invoice adjusted, as they were ready to charge my credit card more than the estimate, even though I was under on my mileage (they hadn't refunded the furniture dolly until I pointed it out).Steve K.

The trucks smell like cleaning chemicals, it gave me a headache while driving your trucks. Instead of just spraying chemicals in the truck you could wipe it down too.chris P.
They looked like hard working people being royally screwed by the hell that is corporate Uhaul systems. I felt bad for them. I think they try hard but with Uhaul crappy reservation and scheduling, poor IT systems and apps, there really is only so much they can do.Jonatan B.

The customer representative for pick up was rushing me , reciting everything very fast. When I asked a question she replied frustrated. As a customer, I don't move everday so I don't now how this system works. She expected me to know everything and she did not explain how things work. When I pointed out what she was doing she looked surprised and tried to turn it on me like....I would not recomend this location because of herHanoi P.

Customer service on the rental side. You have a lady that works there that is passive aggressive. She seems upset or tired of her Job. Where as the check out process super friendly and helpful. Even your own staff say the same comments about this employee. She out right told me I could rent else where. Just was glad to deal with the check out person other then her. I chose to not leave a poor survey due to I'm sure it effects the pay of the employees in some way. I rented a 6x12 trailer, unit RV3774A, and during the time of 7 days with the unit I had to inflate both left side tires twice a day, starting with pulling over half way to my destination after leaving the uhaul to inflate the low tire. I would have returned to the store, but it was the only available trailer that size, and their computer system was inoperative, costing me an over one hour wait in the store to complete the rental process. The team members at the store were very patient and polite through their time of stress however, and handled the situation quite well in my opinion.Robert D.
The wait time was ridiculous. After registering via computer I stood waiting until an employee somehow found the time to rent the small trailer out to me and upon returning a employee decided to sweep a returned truck out rather than take my rental back in. At that point I had sat there for a good 20 minutes. It just appears that your either understaffed or really inefficient.Raymond S.

Uhaul truck was dirty on the outside and the inside cab was dirty and dusty. Windows were dirty . Not happy with this. Cleaned the cab and windows after pick up .. unsatisfied with condition of the uhaul !!Kevin B.

I had to reserve a trailer online via credit card for 35.00 I then proceeded to the store paide a 60.00 deposit, on top of this When I returned the trailer they refunded the difference between the rental fee and deposit wich was around 18.00 Why does it take you soo long to refund my credit card. You should not hold the credit card money for as long as you have. And shouldnt charge cards if they wont be refunded immediately. I am not happy All together a 95.00 deposit for the trailer rental fee was 40 and I'm still waiting for more of my money to be returned. Lady at dest upon pick up had confusing intrusion and or did not know what she was doing on the computer.Morgen-Lee B.
Catalytic converters were apparently stolen out of all the vans, no one had done a safety or maintenance check on the van before I took possession. Because of this the van was extremely loud, the gas mileage was ridiculous. When the location discovered this I wasn't contacted, no discount was offered for the increased fuel cost or inconvenience.William H.
