I have had great experiences with the U-Haul company throughout my move to Alberta. I must say that the Grand Prairie U-Haul office was by far. The best experience I ever had so comparing to them I would say that the U-Haul office in stony Plains was not as amazing they were good, but nothing stood out that was like absolutely exceptional only because Grand Prairie said such a high bar.

Poor customer service as they are always short staffed and busy. I used the app to communicate my move out time and date but no one has access to the app?!?! I had to wait on hold for 46 minutes until I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone and correct the billing of the account.
Doug H | Overall ExperienceFound black mold in unit. Loat several bags of clothes due to mold because of leaking unit. Drug addicts hanging around almost every time I went to my unit. Not enough staffing as the wait times to contact someone was beyond annoying. Very disappointed. Again....very poor amount of staffing.

And was Told a free month rent the next month where trouble started and just received a Email again saying over doe account and have to pay a $15 late fee! From same person I already went in twice to figure out this! Very frustrating!
