When i first went there manager was swearing with somebody on the phone..and then complauned to me about short staffing... Also.wasnt told upfront that access to storage unit was reduced to business hours for a week which was inconvenient when moving

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOne of the two storage units I rented smelled of urine. The larger storage unit I rented when I moved out attempted three times to get ahold of a person to state I had moved my stuff out. Second person did manage to remove me from auto pay but received an email for a reminder to pay and had to call a fourth time and ensured they called me back and get a confirmation email that everything was good and contract was completed

The best experience I ever had so comparing to them I would say that the U-Haul office in stony Plains was not as amazing they were good, but nothing stood out that was like absolutely exceptional only because Grand Prairie said such a high bar.

I had to wait on hold for 46 minutes until I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone and correct the billing of the account.

Not enough staffing as the wait times to contact someone was beyond annoying. Very disappointed. Again....very poor amount of staffing.

And was Told a free month rent the next month where trouble started and just received a Email again saying over doe account and have to pay a $15 late fee!
