The service was good but when we went to storage locker to unload stuff it was locked with a U-Haul lock … someone forgot to take off so couldn’t unload that night and had to wait till morning which put a damper on the rest of our move
Heather G | First ImpressionsMy brand new unit.originally was clean. when I returned a few months later everything inside my unit was covered with a heavy dust and mouse poop. In addition there are many homeless or transient people on or living on the premises. People working from units stripping wire and various questionable activities. Moved my contents to a cleaner and more secure location that is not a Uhaul location I notified staff several time.

Kathleen A | First ImpressionsI had things in storage here for over 6 years. More than one unit at times. This low cost storage alternative helped me get back onto my feet again. Having an indoor, climate controlled, 24/7 security and access was a lot of peace of mind and super convenient. I also found this location more affordable than anywhere else! Overall the experience was fantastic. If you've been to enough of these places you know to be patient, as the service process takes time. With that said, any and all issues were resolved without difficulty. Over time I bore witness to management always trying to keep the place clean and conduct upgrades/repairs as necessary. Keeping clean after people moving all day can't be easy, especially the bathroom - so the constant effort was appreciated. Of note at the beginning of my stay, was the fact that the floor entrances weren't exactly level with the door thresholds, so your stuff would easily bump off your cart going in and out of the main doors. I remember making a comment about it and soon after alterations were made, much improving the experience! Moving sucks so it is nice to know they hear and understand comments/complaints and are willing to address them. It is also cool that they have a little space to leave unwanted household items, I have both donated and collected out of there, and saw more than one charitable organization coming and benefitting people who need from this; seniors and low income folks. My only suggestion for future upgrades would be to find a way to extend the entrance roof so it drips/ices onto the parking lot and not the sidewalk, but I KNOW that is a huge undertaking much more so than floor leveling - so if these conditions exist my alternate suggestion is to wear a jacket and move fast! Thanks again, highly recommended!!!

After arriving and paying for and unloading all my possessions found out the storage unit I was rented already was full of someone else's belongings. They told me they had no more indoor units, and proceeded to put me in a unit OUTSIDE away from their location. Then they increased my rent. Today I went to move out and had to shovel snow for 1/2 just to get access. I'll never use uhaul again.
