Actually have the product on time and where it is suppose to be. Biggest complaint a few times and it isn’t the dealers fault however when you use uhaul it is hit or miss if you will even get what you order and at the location you order it from.

This was the most helpful location out of all 3, yes 3, locations I had to deal with today. They let me return the equipment to them even though it was not the original location it was to be returned to. Because I had to spend almost an hour and a half dealing with 2 locations to pick it up the equipment, and most of it was driving time, I was late getting started on my long travel home and missed the opportunity to return it to the location I indicated. They made my hectic day a little better.

After paying "in full" the same day I brought the truck back, I got another bill in my email. I went back to uhaul to clear the matter up, they fix it "I thought" but this morning another bill appeared in my email, this time with late charges. So I called again (can you say stress and frustration setting in!!!) YES!!. So another guy is looking at it, no return call yet to say everything is right.. I guess I'll have to make another trip to that location on my days off.. Just a nightmare...

The booking, the pickup of the van, the van itself and the return all went exactly as it should. We selected this particular outlet because it was on our moving route, but also because overall it received better reviews for service. The van was new, clean and easy to understand how to operate, with the attendant politely reviewing details. Paying for boxes -- that were offered "free of charge" -- was a surprise. And, if I had not remembered to ask for the cost (just $3.25, it's the principle) to be removed it would have been left on the credit card charge. Maybe something can be done to be sure the free offer was not accidentallycharged? A second small, service suggestion is to possibly improve the drop-off system. A set of signs indicate that when dropping-off (during regular hours) customers are to park the vehicle at a specific spot and wait with the vehicle for an attendant to arrive. Well, after waiting almost 10-minutes (I don't think most people would be this patient) I walked into the office. The counter person was working on his computer and apologized for keeping me waiting. The 'drop-off wait' location is thoughtfully placed so it can be seen from the service counter. In my opinion a counter employees shouldn't be expected to always be looking up every few minutes from their work. Maybe, on the sign UHaul returning customers might be requested to sound their horn, just once, and this might be a helpful signal to busy staff that a return-vehicle and customer has arrived. Bottom line: I recommend this outlet.

This location is our neighbour and we use their services several times throughout the year. We are a non profit addiction treatment centre on a very tight budget. Not only do your people treat us with kindness and respect, they have also been able to offer a discount when they can and that goes a long way. A great group and a well run location.

When our reservation was confirmed by the 1-800 number we were promised that our mileage charge would be half the advertised charge because there was no truck available at the nearby facility even though this was advertised. We had to drive nearly 10 miles further instead of renting locally. But when we picked up the truck we were charge the full mileage charge and not the 50% as promised. So we were charged $ 30.17 for distance and this should have been $15.08. This is disappointing service.

Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. I had booked a trailer on line and someone called me immediately to apologize as the trailer I booked was already taken, immediately they found me something else. This location has got to be the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. Can’t say a bad thing , it was a great experience.

Your staff really need to understand that they’re hired to provide service to the customers rather than giving them attitude. I rented a moving truck on April 24th from your office at 21818 Stony Plain road. The truck was really dirty and the front desk lady and the guy working there were really rude to me. I asked the lady about the license and insurance of the truck. She dropped the pen on her desk and pointed to her coworker to take care of me. Her coworker was talking to me with a very loud voice as if he was shouting at me. I felt disrespected and I can’t believe your staff treated me like that. I returned the truck in morning of April 25th and I have to say that the old lady working in the morning shift was very nice and helpful. Overall, I’m disappointed at U-Haul. Your people are paid for the service that they provide to me, they’re not doing voluntary work or doing it as a favour. I expect respect when I’m paying for the service.

The appliance dolly was not in the truck upon arrival for the mobile pickup. Had to go inside and wait through several other customers - defeats the purpose of mobile pickup if all the equipment isn't there.

Selected Spruce Grove for drop off location but was told to drop of in Edmonton. Its a 60km drive from Lac Ste Anne, took a one way trailer but for some reason only got 1 day to return and driving approx 120kms just to drop off trailer seems a little extreme. Drove from Fort McMurray to Lac Ste Anne its a 600kms and to add to it another 120 kms in a single day is unreal. Called 800 number and the person we spoke to was really rude, said we dont have a choice we have to take it back
