After a bad experience the weekend before with uhaul central booking, we were very very happy to the superior service we received at the Whitecourt location. The staff was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Unlike the people we dealt with at central booking, who were very rude and very very unprofessional. Make your safety chains with wider hooks on them to accommodate different style of hitches when I picked up the trailer the safety chain hooks wouldn't fit so i had to spread the hooks apartDarrell P.

I initially rented a unit from Grande Prairie, to be picked up at 10am on Saturday. I received a call the Friday before, that there were no units available in Grande Prairie, but I could pick up a unit in Whitecourt, 281km from Grande Prairie. I was told by the representative that called me, I would receive an extra day as well as free kilometers for the inconvenience.Tami K.

I waited 1.5 hours to get my deposit back. The machine didnt work for the poor lady, she called her boss and he said its not his problem. She was really frustrated and sorry. She called the debit machine customer service to help her and finally it worked. Although not the lady's fault the service was very poor and her boss could have maybe done something to help as there was three people after me in line.Chantelle H.

We were not given the size of truck requested due to availability. When we picked up the truck, the dolly and furniture pads we requested were not with the truck. The invoice and charges have not been changed to reflect the decreases of the dolly and furniture pads.Teagan A.
The place i was scheduled to drop off was closed the day of. Super annoying. Found a poorly placed sign stating to just leave the Uhaul there. 4 days later I got a call wondering why I didn't return the Uhaul. Fortunately i took pictures of the trailer dropped off in front of the business because i basically had to leave a trailer unlocked and open for the taking to anyone. In addition the break lights and signal lights stopped working mid trip. It was a rusted out trailer so I am not surprised. The text sent from Uhaul stating existing damage led me to a web link i could not open and got a prompt stating that the web page no longer exists. Finally, upon the initial puck up of the trailer it took over an hour to put the paperwork through the Uhaul system because the system was not working. This was an incredibly poor Uhaul experience.Kristine C.

The pick up was great. The sales person at the location was very friendly and accommodating. My original pick up was suppose to be 10 minutes away but had to drive 2.5 hours away and the sales person inwhitecourt was aware. She allowed me to pick up the trailer after hours. The trailer didn't have proper light working and my husband spend half of next day to fix the light.Charlotte E.
