The van functioned well. It's assumed that the user download the app to use the van...not everyone knows that. There's too much paperwork and tech to go through first before use-that could be mitigated if emailed ahead of time. I DID find the YouTube vids extremely helpful. The store I picked up the van from was fine-though earlier pick up would have been optimal for my move. Thanks.

Couldn’t find the location at first try. Perhaps contact google to make the location more accurate because what they show is very far away from the actual business. I tried multiple times to call the business to get help finding it and there was no answer. The voicemail message says a different phone number than the one you call to contact the business (which is confusing). The truck is parked fairly far from the business, which is not a major issue, but it is an inconvenience. When we went to return the truck, the business was not open even though it was within the posted business hours. We arrived at about 10:30 and the business was supposed to open at 10 but was not. The worker did not seem knowledgeable about the rental process.
