Great U-Haul location with excellent customer service. I needed a 15-foot truck, but since one wasn’t available, they gave me a 20-foot truck at the same price. I really appreciated their help and flexibility. Highly recommended!

AARON MIt wasn’t a very smooth process to get the equipment. They changed my pick up location last minute not even a day notice and messed up plans. They didn’t offer anything for this inconvenience nor any extra fuel. We didn’t get the right amount of fuel in vehicle either like it says it gives us. Not happy with this experience, the guy wasn’t of much help at the location either and it wasn’t a great experience.

When we arrived at the first address, we were told to go to a different location to pick up the U-Haul truck. However, when we arrived at the second location, we were informed that we actually needed to go to a third address. As a result, we wasted a significant amount of our time and experienced a great deal of unnecessary stress trying to locate the vehicle that we had already reserved and checked in for. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to the inconvenience and loss of time.
