This location and staff were great. So helpful. HOWEVER this was not the original location I made a reservation at. When I showed up at the original location the staff there RUDLY told me they didn’t do Uhaul anymore even though there were trucks outside. They were the most rude staff I’ve ever experienced.

It was just Awesome
OBINNA EThe cab of the truck was not clean. It should be vacuumed after every use and everything wiped down. The box was not clean either. However there was a dolly and a couple of boxes that someone could have used. There were no blankets in the bag that was to have a blanket in it. It was nice to be able to pick up the vehicle on short notice and easy to drive.
CHERYL LStaff called me int the morning saying that I need to return the trailer in the morning, that it was expected so. One the first email it said so; However, I asked if later in the day is fine. He said yes. And then I found another email saying it can be dropped off at 5pm. Inconsistent response.
