I was originally scheduled to pickup a 10' uhaul truck and moving mats at 2pm from 837 Daniel's Way SW. When I got there all they had was a van and no moving mats. I said that wouldn't do....so he said they could transfer me to another location, this took 30 minutes, then they sent me for another 20 minute drive to 3734 8th Ave sw. Upon arrival, they didn't know who I was and the lady there didn't speak any English. Waited over 30 more minutes till they figured out what was going on and then proceeded to tell me ther was going to be an up charge because all they had was 15' trucks. Yet, the previous guy at the first location said it would be an upgrade for no charge... this was an absolute nightmare.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTried to reserve a truck and the south common location and was told the next day that the truck i reserved was gone and I would have to drive to hill mart. I got there for my 2pm reservation and was told that it wouldn't be ready until 6pm or I could take a smaller trailer. We opted for taking the smaller trailer and risking having to make 2 trips and got into the truck to find garbage in the front seat. I will avoid uhaul going forward if I can.
Nolan RIt's a sketchy place. The people over there doesn't even know how to behave. We were shouted at and they don't understand a single thing we say. They don't care about anything and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I would take a horse cart instead of getting another u haul from here. I took it for a day and by half day they want the truck to be returned while I was still having my stuff inside.
Amal AThis location has absolutely no idea what they are doing, and they couldn’t even speak English. Picking up the truck took over 30 minutes and they ended up giving me the I pad to fill everything out on their end because they couldn’t figure it out. Absolutely horrible experience, will never use U-haul again.
