Tried to reserve a truck and the south common location and was told the next day that the truck i reserved was gone and I would have to drive to hill mart. I got there for my 2pm reservation and was told that it wouldn't be ready until 6pm or I could take a smaller trailer. We opted for taking the smaller trailer and risking having to make 2 trips and got into the truck to find garbage in the front seat. I will avoid uhaul going forward if I can.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt's a sketchy place. The people over there doesn't even know how to behave. We were shouted at and they don't understand a single thing we say. They don't care about anything and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I would take a horse cart instead of getting another u haul from here. I took it for a day and by half day they want the truck to be returned while I was still having my stuff inside.

Picking up the truck took over 30 minutes and they ended up giving me the I pad to fill everything out on their end because they couldn’t figure it out. Absolutely horrible experience, will never use U-haul again.
