This location was not the original location, which was suppose to be 10709 105 St NW Edmonton, AB T5H2X3, only to get there with no one or place to stop the uhaul truck. I phoned the number and was told that they don’t work with uhaul anymore. I then had to phone uhaul and got transferred about 3 times waiting in total about 20 minutes to get a new address to drop the truck off.. please remove the wrong location!!!!

Jordan MSome trucks are very old, as I rent u haul regularly for my personal reasons, in most of the time i find vehicles that are too old, some are bumpy, not comfortable at all and they don't have some updated simple features which are important for long rides, for example, cruise control. I know this business is like monopoly, no other competition is in the market, but if something comes up, regular customers can be easily turned away.
