I would make sure that people coming and picking up trucks actually receive the right truck and not just grab and go. The truck I was supposed to take, someone else took my keys from the lockbox ( this was before I knew which number was mine) and I had to spend over and hour trying to get a new truck when I was on a very tight schedule. The gentleman I was dealing with in the office to get a new truck was amazing, he was very helpful and made this experience a lot less stressful and overwhelming. If there is a way to improve online pickup so this does not happen to someone else, that would be great.

The first u- haul place we went to they were rude and didn’t care to help but when we went on line they helpful and we were supportive
Scott CThe trailer drop off was tricky because there was no where for me to park it. But the staff member came outside and helped me pick a spot. It’s just a small yard with limited space for parking and not well marked which is the only drawback.
Amanda ROffice location is confusing but signage is displayed to help.
