Reached Drop off location after operating hours so I did the drop off process by myself. The area looked a little dodgy to the point I had to make sure I was at the right place. Other than that it was fine

I chose this location for drop-off because of the convenient after hours, then they decide to charge me $21 for dropping it off after hours, I even put extra gas, accidentally. I am disappointed in this location for charging me for dropping the key off after regular hours, but the website showed me that I can drop off 24 hours, which is exactly why I chose it, and it was closest to my new place. I cannot rate a place I did not physically enter, or speak with anyone. Thumbs down for this location!
